Description

The hairy Wing Fly is one of the most classic of all dry fly patterns. Pillow is beautifully detailed with the fly made in ultra fine 20m quality needlepoint (400 stitches per square inch). the hair is made from many different animals from goat and squirrel to bear, artic fox, and the tail of the white-tailed deer known to fly tier as bucktail. hair is generally very tough, and smooth, which makes it difficult to tie it in firmly.
