One of our favorite associates in China has been making this pattern for needlepoint wall hangings to be used in public places in China --- and yes they have Chinese restaurants in China. He was nice enough to allow us to use parts of this pattern for this series of 3 Plum blossom pillows. There are even very very small pieces of lurex yarn in the plums that give the pillows a hint of a shimmer. We also make this as a full wall hanging.
